Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until consent is withdrawn.

The user has the right to request at any time:

  • Correction of inaccurate or outdated data
  • Deletion of personal data (if not necessary for fulfilling legal obligations)
  • Restriction of data processing

VII. Withdrawal of Consent

Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to herout@gmail.com or in writing to the address above.

VIII. Complaint

If you believe that your rights in connection with the processing of personal data have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic.

IX. Validity and Effectiveness

This policy is valid and effective from December 15, 2025, and may be changed by the Provider without notice. Any new version of the Privacy Policy will always be published on the provider's website.
