Terms and Conditions

I. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer").

II. Definitions

Customer – A natural or legal person who uses the Provider's services.

Service – Coaching sessions, mentoring, or other forms of support and personal development provided by the Provider through digital means (e.g., online consultations, webinars, e-learning) or in person.

Website – Electronic platform operated by the Provider at https://coaching.herout.net.

III. Conclusion of Service Agreement

By ordering a Service through the website, an agreement is concluded between the Provider and the Customer. The order is considered binding upon confirmation by the Provider.

The conclusion of the agreement and all related actions are in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions before ordering the Service.

By confirming the order, the Customer expresses consent to these Terms and Conditions.

IV. Prices and Payment Terms

The price of the Service is agreed upon between the Provider and the Customer and is valid from the time of ordering.

Payment for the Service is made via bank transfer based on an invoice issued by the Provider.

Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed between the Provider and the Customer. The Service will be provided only after the full amount has been credited to the Provider's account.

V. Service Delivery

The Service is provided online via video calls, e-learning, or other remote communication tools, or in person, according to the agreement. The date and time of Service delivery is agreed individually after order confirmation. The Provider is not responsible for failure to provide the Service due to technical problems on the Customer's side (e.g., insufficient internet connection), in such cases, the Service is considered delivered.

VI. Withdrawal from Contract and Complaints

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason, provided the Service has not yet been provided. If the Service has already been provided or it has been started, withdrawal from the contract is not possible.

In case of dissatisfaction, the Customer may file a complaint through the contact information provided on the website. The Provider undertakes to review and resolve the complaint within 30 days of receiving it.

If the complaint is accepted, the Provider will offer the Customer a replacement session or other form of compensation by agreement. Monetary compensation or refund of the paid amount is not possible.

VII. Personal Data Protection

All personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable legal regulations. Detailed information on personal data processing can be found in the "Privacy Policy" section on the Provider's Website. The Provider undertakes to protect the Customer's personal data and not to transfer it to third parties, except in cases necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations.

VIII. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from December 15, 2025, and may be changed by the Provider without notice. The new version of the Terms and Conditions will always be published on the Website.

All disputes arising from the agreement between the Provider and the Customer will be resolved in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic, primarily the Civil Code. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
